Laura Hill is founder and president of Careers in Motion LLC, a career coaching firm based in New York (www.careersinmotionllc.com). Working directly with business professionals and executives, she helps her clients optimize their careers through personal assessment, strategic planning, and providing job search assistance with resumes, interviewing skills and negotiations. Her clients include C-suite executives, BBA/MBAs from top business schools, and professionals in virtually all disciplines including marketing, finance, sales and operations. Her broad industry expertise includes financial services, especially capital markets and investment management; media/entertainment/internet; healthcare; consumer products; and professional services.

She is a member of the Association of Career Professionals International, Financial Women’s Association of New York, Society for Human Resource Management, Association for Psychological Type, and the Executive Women’s Golf Association. She is a member of Women United in Philanthropy ( United Way of New York ). Laura received a BBA in marketing from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and an MBA in finance from the Stern School at New York University . She is a certified career coach with The Five O’Clock Club.
