This course is designed to help you find, evaluate, and structure business information. Basic business sources and practical research tactics and strategies for finding business information will be offered; along with practical frameworks for decisions, processes, and methods of developing answers without being overwhelmed by the sources.

This basic strategies approach towards the collection and provision of quality business information research offers a variety of core concepts and techniques. Attendees will:

- Practice applying a research framework to solve business information research problems

- Be presented with eight research strategies and tactics which they can apply and interpret in performing business research

- Be instructed how to take a process approach to research questions.

The program includes business research basics-core research methods, strategies, and tactics; finding and using sources; and setting the work within larger professional and ethical contexts.
